B4 School Checks
B4 school checks are a ministry of health entitlement for all children as part of the well child tamariki ora schedule.

Eligibility
• Children must be 4 years of age
• Children should be seen as close as possible to their 4th birthday
• A check must be completed before the child turns 5

Outreach Immunisation
Outreach Immunisation services are for pepi, tamariki and whanau who are eligible and are not accessing immunisation services. This service covers the entire Bay of Plenty region.
Our kaimahi provides a culturally appropriate service to engage with you to access immunisation for your pepi/tamariki. The service will ensure that you have relevant and up to date information to enable you to make informed consent decisions for the wellbeing of your pepi & tamariki.
Our OIS kaimahi can also link you up with healthcare providers for wellchild checks or refer you to a GP. We can also come to you and immunise in your home.
