About the Position
We are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join our Covid Community Services team.
The key responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the Covid Community Services Team to ensure the efficient daily operations of the team. This includes providing administrative support to the team, maintaining, and operating administrative systems, ensuring competent and professional service and communication.
The successful candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm into this role and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), as well as being able to meet deadlines, maintain accurate and quality information, and manage a diverse range of tasks.
Due to the Government mandate for Covid-19 Vaccination for Healthcare workers, the successful applicant for this role must be fully vaccinated before commencing the position and must be able and willing to provide proof of vaccination.
Skills and Experience:
- Clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence
Ability to work within a team environment and independently when required
Minimum of at least two years in an administrative position
Understand the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and how these relate to service delivery in Māori communities
A commitment to excellence, self-management, and professionalism.
Competent/Advanced computer literacy and competency in Microsoft Office (work, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Good understanding of Medtech.
