Child & Family Services
Pēpi Ora Well Child Services
Pēpi Ora (formerly Tamariki Ora) is a FREE Well Child Service that is available to all New Zealand families/whānau for children from birth to 5 years.
Our registered nurses will visit and talk to you about how your pēpi is growing and developing. Each visit will include a physical assessment of baby, helpful hints and tips, monitoring of pēpi development, advice on breast feeding, nutrition, sleep and parenting.
Our Kaimahi also offer health promotion and education.
Well Child checks can be done at your home, kohanga reo, clinic or at a venue that is convenient for you.
We can do referrals to other services/organisations and can work with whanau who are being supported by Family Start.
