Get your child’s immunisation up to date during the month of May and be in the weekly draw to win amazing prizes!

Bookings are preferred but walk-ins are welcome. For bookings, contact:

Together, we can protect your whānau and the community from the spread of preventable diseases.

Terms and Conditions:

• Only for patients enrolled with our clinics: Tauranga Moana City Clinic or Te Akau Hauora GP Clinic.
• Only for childhood immunisation for children under 2 years of age.
• Childhood immunisations are free.
• Childhood immunisations must be done within the month of May 2024 for the parent or guardian to be in the weekly prize draw.
• This will run on the following weeks of May:
  • 6 – 10 May
  • 13 – 17 May
  • 20 – 24 May
  • 27 – 31 May
• One entry per family. Whether you get one or more children immunised, this will be counted as one entry.
• There will be four (4) winners drawn weekly from 6 to 31 May. Winners will be selected randomly.
• Winners will be contacted through phone and email.
