Kia ora! Our Tauranga Moana City GP Clinic is open to receiving new enrollments. 

How to enrol 

Visit Tauranga Moana City GP Clinic at 11 Tebbs Lane, Gate Pā, Tauranga. 

Documents required 

Bring two (2) documents with you: 

1. Photo ID, and 

2. Either of the following: 

• Community Services Card
• Birth certificate
• New Zealand Passport
• Visa

Fees 

The fee for new patient consultations is $39, which must be paid before the appointment.
