New: Urgent Walk-In Clinic

Starting Friday 2 August 2024, we’ll be offering an Urgent Walk-In Clinic at our Tauranga Moana City GP Clinic in Gate Pā.

That’s right, no appointments are required!

• Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Time: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
• Location: 11 Tebbs Lane, Courtney Road, Gate Pā, Tauranga 3112

Only acute patients can be seen.

This service is for those with a severe and sudden onset of conditions or symptoms, such as waking up feeling unwell or becoming unwell during the day.

This isn’t for chronic patients with illnesses and conditions that need long-term care, such as diabetes, respiratory illness, or cardiac illness. These will be handled under the normal appointment process.

Services:

The Urgent Walk-In Clinic is only for those with:

• New medical problems
• New accidents
• Unwell children

Unfortunately, due to time pressures in the Urgent Walk-in Clinic, we won't be able to:

• Review ongoing medical problems
• Complete WINZ or ACC forms
• Provide repeat medications
• Sutures
• Fractures

Fees:

1. Adult - $19.50*
2. Under 13 Years - Free

*Must be paid before consultation. Additional charges may apply.
